DIY leather CAMERA CASE for my EXA 1b

Here I make some measurements for the camera, make some lines with a highlighter

then cut the shape out and mark some lines to guide the holes im about to poke.

mark some lines and make some creases..

Poke some holes with the hole puncher.

Complete the punching process for the whole leather.

stitch the shape up according to the holes.

Here I used the blanket stitch style for the open edges
and cross stitch style for binding

now the base is done.

add a small handle for the strap.

  1. that is a very nice case! do you know much about the camera? i found one at a flea market and didn't know if it was worth buying. what do you think about the camera?

    do u know what mount mouth for EXA 1A?..
    i hav EXA 1A body but exclude lens..
    so, i donno how to searching it...
